摘要 Hilbert-huang变换是基于瞬时频率概念提出的1种新的信号处理方法,它基于经验模态分解法能够分析含有多种信号分量的非平稳信号。文中利用Hilbert滤波器(Hilbert filter,HF)对电能扰动信号进行全通滤波提取扰动信号幅值和频率参数。基于EMTDC/PSCAD软件建立能够产生电能扰动信号的仿真模型,再用HF对仿真信号进行分析得出检测结果。仿真结果表明,本文所提方法能够有效检测动态和稳态电能扰动问题。 Hilbert-huang transform(HHT) is a novel method based on the concept of instantaneous frequency.HHT can cope with non-stationary signals by empirical modal composition(EMD).The Hilbert filter(HF) is utilized to abstract amplitude and frequency from signals by filtering calculation.EMTDC/PSCAD is used to establish identification rules on the basis of the characteristics of each power disturbance,and to utilize the judgment and reasoning of the rules for the identification of power disturbance.The results show that the proposed method is effective in detecting dynamic and steady power quality disturbance problems.
