城市配电网中变电站选址定容问题研究

Research on Location and Sizing of Substation in Urban Distribution Network

城市电力设施布局规划是电力系统发展的重要课题之一,合理地对配电网变电站进行选址定容对配电网规划来说十分重要,它不仅可以避免城市电网规划失误造成的投资浪费或重复改造,而且也有利于电网的稳定发展。文中建立了配电网变电站选址定容的数学优化模型,其中包括确定变电站的经济容量、经济供电半径和经济个数的方法,并提出了变电站选址定容的整体流程,最后用工程算例验证了选址定容优化规划方法的合理性和有效性。

Urban power facilities layout planning is one of important issues in the electric power system development.Reasonable location and sizing of substation in urban distribution network is very important for distribution network planning,which can not only avoid investment waste or repeating transformation resulted from planning fault,but also be beneficial to the stable development of the power grid.This paper establishes an optimization mathematical model to locate and size the substation,including making sure of the substations＇ economical capacity,economical power supply and economical numbers of substation,and puts forward the overall process to use this mode,and verifies the rationality and validity of the optimization planning method.
