摘要
通过ANSYS仿真软件建立了干式变压器一相的轴对称二维数学物理模型,编程计算得到了与实际基本相符的变压器温度场分布情况,通过对其温度场的分析得到了高低压绕组的最热点温度及其位置、低压绕组的最热点温度高于高压绕组的最热点温度;最后,得出了最热点温度值的大小和位置是干式变压器是否稳定运行的关键因素的结论。
2D mathematical mode of one phase in dry-type power transformer is built through simulation software named ANSYS, and the temperature field distribution of the transformer is obtained through programming,which is coincidence with the actual case. The hottest-spot temperature of HV coil and LV coil,as well as the location of hottest-spot temperature are obtained based on the analysis of the temperature field,and the hottest-spot of LV coil is higher than HV coil.The value and location of the hottest-spot are key factors which decide whether the transformer is in stable operation,therefore,a new idea is provided on the thermal design of dry-type transformer,as well as condition monitoring and fault analysis.
