4404例阴道炎患者霉菌和滴虫感染状况分析

Analysis of the incidence of fungal and trichomonal infections in 4 404 patients with vaginitis

目的了解阴道炎患者霉菌和滴虫感染状况。方法对患者阴道分泌物进行镜检,查找霉菌和滴虫,对霉菌和滴虫的感染状况进行统计描述与分析。结果 4 404例阴道炎患者,检出霉菌性阴道炎有1 118例,感染率为25.39%;检出滴虫性阴道炎患者143例,感染率为3.25%;检出双重感染性阴道炎患者24例,感染率为0.54%。霉菌性阴道炎阳性率以≤20岁组为最高,≤50岁人群感染率显著高于≥51岁人群,感染率随年龄的增长明显降低;滴虫性阴道炎以≥51岁年龄组人群感染率最高,≥31岁人群感染率显著高于≤30岁人群,感染率随年龄的增长呈上升趋势。霉菌性阴道炎感染率以夏季最高,为29.17%,滴虫性阴道炎感染率夏季和秋季较高,分别为3.85%和4.17%。结论兰州地区妇女非细菌性阴道炎主要以霉菌性阴道炎为主,应加强防治。

Objective To explore the prevalence of fungal and trichomonal infections in 4 404 patients with vaginitis.Methods Vaginal secretions were examined microscopically to screen for fungi and trichomonads.The incidence of fungal and trichomonal infections in patients with vaginitis was then described statistically and analyzed.Results Of the 4 404 patients with vaginitis,25.39% tested positive for a fungal infection while 3.25% tested positive for a trichomonal infection.Of the total patients,0.54% tested positive for both fungal and trichomonal infections.The highest rate of vaginitis due to a fungal infection was in individuals age 20 and under.Individuals age 50 and under had a markedly higher rate of vaginitis due to a fungal infection than did individuals age 51 and over.The rate of infection decreased markedly with age.The highest rate of vaginitis due to a trichomonal infection was in individuals age 51 and over.Individuals age 31 and over had a markedly higher rate of vaginitis due to a trichomonal infection than did individuals age 30 and under.The rate of trichomonal infection tended to rise with age.Vaginitis due to a fungal infection was most prevalent in the summer,when 29.17% of cases were noted.Vaginitis due to a trichomonal infection was relatively prevalent in the summer,when 3.85% of cases were noted,and in the fall,when 4.17% of cases were noted.Conclusion Non-bacterial vaginitis was mostly caused by fungi,and control of this form of vaginitis should be enhanced.
