40例上海地区健康成人肾功能指标与增龄的相关性研究 被引量:2

Correlation Study on Indexes of Kidney Function and Age Increase Among 40 Healthy Adults in Shanghai

摘要 目的:通过对健康人肾功能指标与增龄的相关性分析,探讨肾精盛衰与生长壮老的关系,为研究"肾藏精"理论提供相关客观指标。方法:以随机抽样方式在上海地区抽取40名自我评价健康的成年人,其中青年组(≤45岁)和中老年组(>45岁)各20例。检测两组肾功能相关指标,通过直线相关及多元线性回归分析,研究各检测指标与年龄的相关性。结果:中老年组肾功能指标中血清胱抑素C(Cys C)高于青年组(P<0.01)。年龄与血清Cys C呈正相关(r=0.608,P<0.001),而与尿素氮、尿酸及血清肌酐无明显相关性(P>0.05);多元线性回归分析显示年龄、血清肌酐是血清Cys C的独立相关因素(R=0.836,R2=0.699,F=20.33,P<0.001)。结论:健康成人肾功能指标血清Cys C随增龄而升高,血清Cys C可能成为反应肾中精气盛衰的客观指标之一。 Objective: To discuss the relationship between the kidney essence and age through the correlation analysis between the biochemical indexes of kidney function and age in healthy adults,and provide the related objective indicators for the theory of "kidney storing essence".Methods: On the basis of cluster sampling,40 healthy adults(16 males and 24 females,26-66 years old) in Shanghai were selected to randomize into senior group and youth group,and the biochemical indexes of kidney function were measured.Linear regression and multiple linear regressions were performed to analyze the correlation between biochemical indexes and age.Results: The concentration of serum cystatin C was higher in senior group than that in youth group(P0.01).Age was positively correlated to serum cystatin C(r=0.608,P0.001),while urea nitrogen,uric acid and serum creatinine have no correlation to serum creatinine(P0.05);in multivariate analysis,independent associations of serum cystatin C were found with age and serum creatinine(R=0.836,R2=0.699,F=20.33,P0.001).Conclusion: The concentration of serum cystatin C increases with aging.The serum cystatin C,as one of the objective indicators,may reflect the wax and wane of kidney essence.
