生肌散治疗老年病患者压疮的效果评价

目的:探讨生肌散对老年病患者压疮溃疡创面的治疗效果。方法:将32例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各16例。对照组常规用2.5%碘伏消毒压疮创面及周围皮肤,彻底清除坏死组织,再用2.5%碘伏消毒创口,并用生理盐水冲净后,硫酸庆大霉素8万单位撒于创面,2次/d,每次换药后用红外线照射30min,再用纱布包扎;治疗组用2.5%碘伏消毒,生理盐水冲净,外涂生肌散进行换药治疗。比较两组患者伤口愈合时间,换药次数,治愈率。结果:治疗组各项指标与对照组相比显著升高,愈合时间明显优于对照组。结论:生肌散具有活血解毒生肌止痛敛疮长肉的作用,能使脓性分泌物减少、消失,促使肉芽上皮迅速生长,伤口愈合快,换药次数少,明显的减少了护士的工作量。

Objective： To observe clinical therapeutic effect of Shengjisan in elderly patients with pressure sore ulcer treatment. Methods： 32 patients were randomly divided into control and treatment group of 16 patients. Control group, 2.5% povidone-iodine disinfection routine pressure sore wound and surrounding skin to remove necrotic tissue, and then 2.5% povidone-iodine disinfection of wounds, and rinse with saline, gentamicin sulfate 80 000 units scattered in the wound , 2 times / d, each dressing change with infrared radiation 30 min, then gauze bandage; treated with 2.5% povidone-iodine disinfection, saline rinse, treated Shengjisan for dressing treatment. Two groups were compared wound healing time, the number of dressing changes, the cure rate. Results： Compared with the control group the indicators were significantly increased, the healing time was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion： Shengjisan myogenic pain with blood detoxification role of convergence sore flesh, can reduce purulent secretions disappeared, prompting the rapid growth of granulation epithelial wound healing, fewer dressing changes, significantly reduced the nurse＇s work the amount.
