摘要
目的:探讨推进优质护理服务的方法,旨在为肿瘤患者提供人性化服务,进而提高患者的满意度,改善肿瘤患者生活的质量。方法:转变服务理念,规范入院和出院服务流程、优化排班模式、强化业务培训、开展健康宣教、构建良好病室环境,以达到患者满意为目的。结果:提高了护士的责任心和综合素质,拓展了业务知识,促进护患关系和谐,为肿瘤患者营造了舒适、整洁、安静的病室环境。结论:"优质护理服务示范工程"在科室开展,提高了基础护理质量及患者的满意度。
