摘要
研究了乳酸、酒石酸钾钠、硼酸和柠檬酸钠等对铝合金化学镀Ni-P沉积速率的影响,并对镀层的结合强度以及耐蚀性等方面进行了考察,确定了合适的工艺条件。根据该工艺制备的Ni-P镀层具有良好的表面质量和较高的结合强度,提高了基体的耐蚀性。
The effects of lactic acid, potassium sodium tartrate, boric acid and sodium citrate on the deposition rate of electroless NbP plating on aluminum alloy were studied,and the bonding strength and corrosion resistance of the Ni-P coating on aluminum alloy were also investigated. On this basis, the suitable technological conditions were determined. The Ni-P coating on aluminum alloy obtained aceording to the above process exhibits a good surface quality, a higher bonding strength and an improved corrosion resistance.
