摘要
采用三维电极电解实验研究实际线路板含铜废水的电化学氧化过程。考察了槽电压、极间距、极板材料、添加工作电极材料及电解质对铜的去除率的影响,并确定适宜的反应条件为:极间距3cm,极间填充钢珠,槽电压10V,电解时间45min。在此反应条件下,铜的去除率达到82.3%,处理线路板废水的电费成本为1.11元/吨。
Three-dimensional electrode electrolysis was used to study the electrochemical oxidation process of practical PCB wastewater containing copper. The impacts of tank voltage, plate distance, material of plate, filling element and electrolyte on the copper removal rate were investigated and the suitable reaction conditions were determined: plate distance 3 cm, steel ball as the filling material, tank voltage 10 V, electrolytic time 45 rain. Under these reaction conditions, copper removal rate can reach 82.3 % and the electricity cost is 1.11 yuan/t.
