芳纶织物导湿排汗整理的研究

Research on wicking treatment of aramid fabrics

在导湿排汗整理前使用溶胀剂DMSO对芳香族聚酰胺纤维(芳纶)织物进行预处理,可明显提高导湿排汗整理的效果。研究DMSO预处理对芳纶织物的影响以及预处理后的导湿排汗整理工艺,扫描电镜观察显示,预处理后芳纶表面凹槽比未处理时明显,可提高织物的毛细效应;差示扫描量热分析显示,预处理后芳纶织物玻璃化温度略有提高;热重分析显示,DMSO未使芳纶大分子发生降解;广角X射线衍射图谱显示,经DMSO预处理后,芳纶的结晶度有所增大。经测定,与直接进行导湿排汗整理相比较,DMSO预处理后再进行导湿排汗整理,得到的芳纶织物芯吸高度更高,且耐洗性更好。

The effect of wicking finishing of aramid fabrics can be greatly improved when the pretreatment with swelling agent DMSO is made before wicking finishing. In this paper, some properties of the aramid fabrics, pretreated with DMSO, and the wicking finishing process after the pretreatment were investigated. The SEM figures showed that the surface grooves of aramid fibers were much more obvious after the pretreatment, which could improve the capillary effect of the fabric. The results, obtained by the differential scanning calorimetry （ DSC ）, revealed the glass transition temperature increased slightly after the pretreatment. The thermogravimetry （TG） results suggested the polyamide macromolecules were not degraded by DMSO. The Xray diffraction curves indicated that the crystallinity of fibers increased after the pretreatment by DMSO. The wicking height and washfastness, got by this method, were found to be improved a lot compared with those of direct wicking finishing without pretreatment.
