摘要
以PG4000微型光栅光谱仪为例,完整地给出了光栅光谱仪的标定过程:包括高阶衍射峰的消除、波长标定和光强标定3部分内容.根据标定结果测量辉光放电氩气等离子体的发射光谱,测量结果与文献中的参考谱符合很好.
Taking PG4000 portable grating spectrometer as an example,the complete calibration process of grating spectrometer was presented,including the suppression of higher order diffraction,wavelength calibration and intensity calibration.After calibration,the emission spectrum of argon glow plasma was measured,which agreed well with the standard spectrum of argon from NIST.
