摘要
研究筛选了一种由二苯醚－４，４’－二磺酰肼改性的ＡＣ发泡剂。其技术数据与德国Ｌｅｈｍａｎｎ＆ Ｖｏｓｓ＆Ｃｏ生产的 Ｌｕｖｏｐｏｒ ８６５／５０ ＤＢ－ ＰＶＣ相似，而发泡活性更优。相应的二苯醚－４’，４’－二磺酰肼的生产工艺也已开发成功。
A new AC blowing agent edified with diphenylether - 4, 4' - disulpho hydrazide was tentatively established. Its technical data is same as Luvopor 865/ 50DB - PVC produced by Lehmann & Voss & Co, but the blowing activity is better. Correspondingly a process of production of diphenylether - 4, 4' - disulpho hydrazide was developed.
