耐火级氮化硅粉末的球磨特性

摘要 研究了耐火级氮化硅粉末的球磨性能,起始耐火级氨化硅粉末中含有大量的柱状β-Si_3N_4颗粒,其球磨性能差于常用的α-Si_3N_4。粉料,球磨相同时间仍残留有大量不利于烧结的柱状颗粒,但是通过延长球磨时间可以得到由球状颗粒组成的粉料,而延长球磨时间对起始粉料中的氧含量和杂质含量影响较小。 Ball -milling of refractory silicon nitride powder was studied in this. Refractory siliconnitride powder contains a large amount of rod -like grains, which low ball milling properties, be-cause some residual rod - like grains was found after the same ball milling time as α - Si3N4 pow-der. Equiaxed powder was obtained by increasing the ball milling time, which has little influence onthe oxygen and impurity content.
