摘要
本文对江西地区2011年产的38个油茶籽的含油率和脂肪酸组成进行了分析。结果表明:油茶籽含油率在20.48%~49.84%之间,平均为37.07%。油茶籽油脂肪酸主要是由棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸、花生一烯酸等脂肪酸组成,棕榈酸含量平均值8.19%;硬脂酸含量平均值2.48%;油酸含量平均值81.02%;亚油酸含量平均值7.74%;花生一烯酸含量平均值0.46%,主要不饱和脂肪酸油酸和亚油酸含量平均达到了88.76%,说明江西地区的油茶籽油符合高品质食用油的标准。
The oil contents of 38 Camellia oleifera seed were determined, and the fatty acid compositions of the camellia seed oils were analyzed by GC. The results indicate that: the oil content was between 20.48%~49.84%, and the average was 37.0%. Camellia oleifera seed oil was mainly composed of palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid and eicosenoic acid. The average content of palmitic acid was 8.19%, the average content of stearic acid 2.48%, the average content of oleic acid 81.02%, the average content of inoleic acid 7.74%, and the average content of palmitic acid 0.46%. The average percentage of unsaturated fatty of oleic acid and linoleic acid was 88.76%, the result shows that the camellia oleifera seed oil was the high quality of vegetable oil.
