摘要
采用不同浓度的赤霉素溶液对杜梨种子进行浸种催芽,结果表明,在50~300 mg/L的浓度范围内,外源赤霉素对杜梨种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数等萌发特性,以及幼苗株高、单株鲜重、胚根长,侧根数目和长度等生长指标都有一定的促进作用,以200 mg/L赤霉素溶液浸种处理的效果最好。
The experiments studied the effect of exogenous GA on breaking seed dormancy of Pyrus betulaefolia Bunge, promote the seed germination and seedling growth, through using Bunge seeds as tested materials, using 50 mg/L, 100 mg/L, 150 mg/L, 200 mg/L, 250 rag/L, 300 mg/L of different concentration of Gibberellin (GA) soaking (control for water). The results indicated that the exogenous GA at 50 rag/L-300 mg/L concentration range, Pyrus betulaefolia Bunge seed germination rate, germination potential, germination index, vigor index, germination characteristics, as well as the seedling height, fresh weight per plant, radicle length, lateral root number and length of seedling quality have certain stimulative effect; the effect of 200 mg/L concentration treatment is best.
