摘要
合成了一系列含有不同阴离子的1-烷基-3-甲基咪唑型离子液体(ILs),以35%H2O2及冰醋酸为氧化剂,采用直接萃取法、氧化萃取法考察了离子液体对模拟油品和实际油品的脱硫效果。结果表明,离子液体阴离子的酸性以及阳离子烷基碳链的长度对脱硫效果有显著影响,其中强酸性的硫酸氢盐类离子液体在IL∶Oil∶H2O2(体积比,下同)为1∶25∶1、30℃下对模拟油品与实际油品均有较高的脱硫率,对模拟油品一次脱硫率在90%以上,对抚顺石化二厂汽油、柴油一次脱硫率在80%以上,其中汽油硫含量降至10mg.kg-1左右,达到欧Ⅴ标准,显示了广阔的工业应用前景。
A series of different anion based N-methyl imidazolium ionic liquids(ILs) are synthesized in this paper.The ILs are applied as extractant,using 35% of H2O2 and CH3COOH as oxidant for the model oil and true oil(gasoline and diesel) desulfurization reactions.The results indicate that,the acidity of ILs and the carbon chain length of the imidazolium cation on the ILs are responsible for sulfur removal efficiency.The sulfur removal rate for strong acidic HSO-4 anion based long chain ILs can reach higher than 90% for model oil and 80% for true oil(gasoline and diesel) under IL∶Oil∶H2O2= 1∶25∶1 at 30 ℃.The sulfur content for gasoline is even decreased to about 10 mg·kg-1,which has reached the Euro Ⅴ standard.The ILs show pretty high industrial application prospect.
