云南省中小学突发事件应急教育的保障机制研究

Research on Supporting System of Emergency Education at Primary and Middle Schools

要加强中小学突发事件应急教育的保障机制建设,就要把应急教育纳入中小学基础教育计划,提升应急教育质量和实效,提高学生的安全防卫能力,必须完善中小学突发事件应急教育和训练的保障机制,包括思想保障、组织保障、制度保障、经费保障、设施保障、师资保障等机制。同时应探索建立专门训练中心,作为重要应急教育保障。

To enhance the safety system for coping with emergencies at primary and middle schools,practical emergency education should be included in foundation courses at the schools,with improved teaching quality.It requires complete supporting system of educaiton and training for coping with emergencies to enhance students' awareness of keeping safe in emergencies.This system should be consisted of acknowledgement,organization,policy,finance,equipment,teaching staff and so on.Special training center should also be established as an important part for carrying out emergency education.
