唐钢烧结碱金属和锌平衡的研究

An investigation of the alkali-zinc balance in the sintered ores at TangSteel

唐钢炼铁厂北区针对烧结矿碱金属和锌含量较高的现状,开展对烧结过程的碱金属和锌平衡研究,提出了降低烧结矿碱金属和锌含量的措施,部分措施已在生产中得到应用,如厂内不再循环使用动力污泥,适当降低碱金属含量较高的矿粉配比等措施,达到了预期的效果.

In view of the high contents of alkali and zinc in the sinters at the Iron Making Plan of TangSteel, an investiga- tion was undertaken of the alkali-zinc balance in the sintering process. Measures of reducing alkali and zinc contents in the sinters were proposed, and part of the measures have been adopted in practical production. For example, operating without recycling the blast furnace sludge produced in the plant, and reducing the proportion of the ores containing higher alkali and zinc, all could result in a good effect.
