根据多型面衔接回转体零件结构特点,在大量实验的基础上,对产品进行对比分析,得出了利用数控机床加工时,制定加工工艺应该特别注意的问题,并提出解决和改进意见;特别是坐标延伸法,对于多型面衔接回转体零件的数控加工具有普遍的推广价值.
According to the structure features of a circular part with multi-facet connections, and based on a large body of experimental data gathered from the specific products containing the part, the main problems associated with CNC machi- ning the part were indicated, and solutions to them proposed. The extended coordinate method, among other things, is par- ticularly worth while being promoted for CNC machining this kind of part.
