摘要
采用二维模糊控制器设计定尺剪的位置控制系统,克服了传统PID控制对被控对象精确数学模型的依赖.运用模糊控制原理对定尺剪减速制动阶段的速度曲线进行理想拟合,实现了定尺剪快速、无超调的准确停车,缩短了定尺剪的定位对中时间,极大地提高了中厚板的成材率和生产效率.
The paper describes the application of a two-dimensional fuzzy controller to the position control system on the di- viding shear. The approach gets rid of the necessary dependence of a traditional PID controller on the accurate mathematical model for the controlled object. A mathematic regression of the speed curve occurring in the deceleration-breaking phase of the shear was made using a fuzzy control theory. By so doing, a quick and accurate parking without overshoot can be real- ized, thus reducing the positioning and aligning time of the dividing shear, and greatly enhancing the yield and production rate of the medium steel plate.
