摘要
采用了ProCast有限元模拟软件,模拟了不同工艺参数条件下,汽车发动机镁合金罩盖在压铸工艺下的充型过程和凝固过程,有效地预测了液态金属在充型过程及凝固过程中产生的缩孔和缩松等缺陷。并以此为依据,优化工艺参数,实现对铸造过程的控制,确定了浇注温度680℃、模具温度200℃为AZ91D镁合金汽车发动机罩盖较优的工艺方案,为缩减产品的试制、开发周期,降低生产成本,提高成品率,最终改善发动机罩盖的铸件质量和生产工艺参数的制定提供了依据。
The die-casting filling and solidification processes with different process parameters of automobile engine Mg alloy cover were simulated. The possible appearance locations of the shrinkage cavity and dispersed shrinkage during filling and solidification processes were effectively predicted. According to the simulation results, the better parameters were opti-mized and the casting processes were controlled. The optimized pouring temperature is 680 ℃ and the optimized mould tem- perature is 200 ℃. And it provides a basis to reduce production cycle and cost, improve the rate of finished products and the quality of the foundry goods, and confirms the final process parameters.
