With the speedy urbanization, the construction of artificial scenery turns to be the focus. Therefore, the cultural features of a city become the top priorities, which may help beautify the city upon the completion of the project. This paper discusses cultural features in relation to the artificial scenery of Shijiazhuang in hope of achieving scientific and theoretical basis.
