中药有效组分配伍的研究进展

Progress on compatibility of effective components in Chinese materia medica

综述中药有效组分配伍的现代研究进展。中药有效组分配伍实现的基本方法包括单味药标准组分配伍、中药复方有效组分配伍、构成复方的有效组分配伍、针对病理环节的有效组分配伍,其关键问题是根据药效指标群寻找最优的中药有效组分配伍的剂量和比例。目前常用的优化设计方法有基线等比增减设计、药对协同效应设计、正交设计、均匀设计、极性分段筛选设计、因果关系发现设计、ED-NM-MO三联法等,其主要特点是药效物质基本明确,作用机理相对清楚,质量可控,安全有效,能够产业化推广。

This paper represents the modem research on compatibility of effective components in Chinese materia medica. The basic approach to realize the compatibility of effective components includes ： standard components of single herb, effective components in different prescriptions, effective components in one prescription and effective components aim at pathological link. The key point is to find the best dose and proportion in effective components. The optimized design procedures include： baseline isometric regulation design, medicine collaborative effect design, orthogonal design, uniform design, polarity segmentation screening design, causality finding design and ED-NM-MO method, etc. The key features are as follows： the effective component is clear, the mechanism is relatively definite, and the quality is controllable, safe and effective. It can promote the industrialization of Chinese materia medica.
