摘要
精细化工行业是我国国民经济中的重要产业,它在给人类生活带来不可替代的益处的同时,也给人类生存环境带来一定的不利影响,环境污染成为精细化工行业发展的瓶颈。生物技术是精细化工行业污水处理的主要手段,传统生物处理技术对有机物的脱除率保持在60%~80%,还有相当一部分有机物不能生物降解;传统生物遗传技术在污水处理中的应用,扩大了生物降解对象的范围,提高了降解速度;基因工程新技术的应用大大提高了污水处理反应的速度,减小处理设备体积及运行费用,给精细化工行业带来新的希望。
Fine chemical is a main industry in China' s national economy. While bringing irreplaceable benefits to the people, it brings unfavorable effects on the environment. And environmental pollution has become the 'bottleneck' in the development of fine chemicals. Biological technology is important means for sewage treatment in fine chemicals. The organic compound removal rate of traditional biological technology is at 60% ~ 80% and there are certain amounts of organic compounds can't be biodegraded; the application of traditional biological genetics technology expands the scope of biodegradation and improves the degradation rate. The application of new genetic engineering technology brings new hope to fine chemicals with improving the reaction rate in sewage treatment, decreasing the equipment volume and operating cost.
