摘要
通过测定土沉香幼苗在盐分胁迫下生长与生理特征,探讨其耐盐性。结果表明,土沉香幼苗的苗高和地径的增长率随着盐分浓度的增加而减少;叶片膜透性、MDA摩尔浓度、SOD含量、游离脯氨酸含量随着盐分浓度的增加而增加,当NaCl质量分数≤0.4%时,叶片膜透性、MDA摩尔浓度、SOD含量、游离脯氨酸含量与对照相比增加不显著;土沉香叶片中叶绿素含量随着NaCl质量分数的增大呈先增加后减少的趋势,低浓度的盐分胁迫能使叶片中的叶绿素含量增加。由此说明,土沉香苗木具有一定的耐盐性。
The Aquilaria sinensis(Lour) Gilg salt tolerance was discussed by determing the seeding growth and physiological charac- teristic of seedlings under the salt stress. The results showed that the seedings'height and diameter growth rates reduced when the salt concentration increased,leaf membrane permeability, MDA mole concentration, SOD content, free proline content were increasing with the salt concentration increasing, when the salt concentration was less than or equal to 0. 4%, the leaf membrane permeability, MDA mole concentration, SOD content and free proline content didnl increase significantly as compared with the control(CK) ;but the con- tent of Chlorophyll increased then decreased with the increase of NaCI mass fraction,low concentration of salt stress could make the leaf chlorophyll increase. Overall,Aquilaria sinensis(Lour) Gilg seedlings had certain salt tolerance.
