鱼芩解毒浓缩丸水提工艺的研究

The study on extraction process by water on Yuqin Jiedu concentrated pill

目的优选鱼芩解毒浓缩丸提取工艺。方法以黄芩苷及总多糖的含量作为考察指标,确定最佳水提工艺。结果鱼芩解毒浓缩丸的最佳提取工艺为14倍量的水回流提取2次,每次1h。结论优选得到的鱼芩解毒浓缩丸提取工艺稳定、简便、可行。

Objective To optimize the extraction of Yuqin Jiedu concentrated pill extraction technology.Methods Using baicalin and the content of total polysaccharide as investigation to determine the optimal index by water extraction process.Results The best extraction process for the Yuqin Jiedu concentrated pill was 14 times the amount of water extracted two times,each time 1 hour.Conclusion The extraction process is stable,simple and feasible.
