摘要
目的优选参浮益气固表浓缩丸水提工艺。方法以橙皮苷含量、总多糖含量为指标,采用L9(34)正交设计试验,对加水倍量、提取时间、提取次数等因素进行考察,确定最优提取工艺。结果较优工艺为加水12倍量,回流提取3次,每次1.5h。结论优选得到的参浮益气固表浓缩丸水提工艺稳定、可行。
Objective To optimize the extraction process by water on shen-fu-yi-qi-gu-biao concentrated pill.Methods The extraction process with the content of hesperidin,total polysaccharides as the index.The orthogonal test design was used to select the better extraction process.The optimum extraction condition consists of the times of water and extraction time.Results The best condition of extraction process was 12 times,extracted three times,one and a half hour each.Conclusion The optimized process is feasible and stable for extraction of hesperidin.
