企业内人际信任修复的研究内容与框架 被引量:2

摘要 信任修复能够有效提升企业内的信任程度,进而提高企业效能。基于信任修复过程中信任者和被信任者双边的具体影响因素,以及对信任违背及修复机制的系统分析,结合中国企业的具体情况及所处环境,借鉴归因模型等研究成果,提出了基本涵盖信任修复所有影响因素和作用过程的五部分具体研究内容与研究框架,并基于信任修复的综合机制构建了信任修复的动态双边互动概念模型。所提出的研究命题可以为后期国内信任修复的理论研究所借鉴,为企业内信任违背后的修复所参考。 Trust repair can effectively advance the trust degree in the enterprise, and further increase its efficiency. Based on the actual bilateral influencing factors from trustor and trustee, as well as a systematic analysis on trust violation and repair process, combined with actual conditions and circumstance of Chinese enterprises and research results of attribution model and other previous literatures on trust repair, the paper proposed five aspects of actual research content and theoretic framework on trust repair, including all influencing factors and affecting processes on trust repair, and de- veloped a dynamic, bilateral, interacting conceptual model of trust repair. The research topic presented is able to provide a reference for the theoretical research on domestic trust repair in future, and provide guidance for repairing trust in enterprise practices.
