摘要
通过机械共混法制备了POM/ TPU 合金,考查了TPU 含量、增容剂以及形态结构对共混物韧性的影响。结果表明,共混物的韧性随TPU 含量的增加而增加;共混方法以及形态结构对共混物的性能有较大影响;增容剂G 是促进TPU 分散、使共混物实现高韧化的关键组分。
s POM/PTU alloy was prepared by mechanical blending. The effects of TPU content, compatibilizer and morphological structure on the toughness of the blend were studied. The results showed the toughness of the blend increased with the increase of TPU content. The blending method and morphological structure had much effects on the blend property, and the compatiblilzer G was an important role to make TPU well dispersed and make the blend high toughened.
