The Establishment of China's Technological Innovation Strategy of Mineral Resources

中国矿产资源的供需矛盾日益激化,而缓解这一矛盾的诸多方案中,只有不断推进矿产资源开发利用的技术创新才能真正有效地长期增加矿产资源供给。通过对其他国家技术创新经验的总结和对中国矿产资源开发中所应用技术现状的对比和分析,本文得出了构建中国矿产资源技术创新的战略的思路。

In the solutions to the conflict between China＇s demand and supply of mineral resources, only technolosical innovation could effectively increase the supply in the long run. By cemparing the history of technological progress in the developed cournuies and the sltution in China, suggestims are provided in this paper about how to establish China＇s own strategy of technological innovtion in the development of minend vesounces.
