FDI对区域产业结构的影响——基于山西的面板数据模型

The Effect of Foreign Direct Investment on Regional Industrial Structure——Based on Panel Date Model of Shanxi

开放经济条件下，借助外商直接投资（FDI）实现区域产业结构优化和升级已成为一种理性选择。基于1993．2009年的有关数据，本文构建了有关外商直接投资与山西产业结构调整的面板数据模型，结果表明FDI在整体上对山西产业结构调整产生的是一种积极影响，并且对三次产业的这种作用和影响是相同的，但囿于FDI规模和结构的制约，这种正向效应却不是很明显。因此，扩大引资规模、优化外资结构，就成为山西在走向世界的过程中，利用FDI促进本区域产业结构优化和升级必须首先解决的一个关键问题。

Under the condition of open economy, there has become a kind d rational choice by foreign direct investment to achieve the regional industrial structure optimization and upgrading. Based on the 1993 - 2009 relevant data, this article constructa the panel data model about foreign direct investment and Shanxi＇s industrial restructuring. results showed that there is a positive effect about foreign direct investmem promoting the adjustment of industrial structure of Shanxi, and this effect is the same far all industries. But because the scale and structure of FD1, this positive effect is not obvious. ＇Therefore, with Shanxi＇s opening to the world, expanding the scale of FDI, the structure of FDI, by means d FDI to promote Shanxi＇s industrial structure optimization and upgrading has become a key problem.
