An Analysis of Diversification Strategy for the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise

以案例为基础分析了中小型企业多元化战略中的误区和特征,特别是模糊的战略逻辑,认为高战略刚性和快速多元化会加大中小企业的风险,从创新商业模式和调整战略管理思路等方面提出了对策。

Based on the study of two typical companies, this paper analyzes the common error and feature d SMEs during the cotwse diversification, and concoldes that the fuzzy logic especially excessive pursuit of growth, characterize SME＇s diversification. And we think that diversifTing rapidly and high strategic rigid will result in the high risk. At last, we propose countermeasures from the business model and corporate governance point of view.
