沐舒坦氧驱动雾化吸入佐治婴儿毛细支气管炎效果分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨沐舒坦氧驱动雾化吸入与传统药物超声雾化吸入辅助治疗婴儿毛细支气管炎的效果。方法随机将符合毛细支气管炎诊断的386例患儿分为治疗组(200例)和对照组(186例),两组均在常规治疗(抗菌、抗病毒、使用糖皮质激素、解痉平喘)的基础上,治疗组给予沐舒坦(15mg/次,3次/d)氧驱动雾化吸入,对照组给予沐舒坦(15mg/次,3次/d)超声雾化吸入。结果治疗组:治愈112例(56,00%),显效63例(31.50%),无效20例(13.50%);总有效率为86.5%。对照组:痊愈58例(30.11%),显效44例(23.66%),无效51例(46.23%),总有效率为53.77%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义,=21.41,P<0.01。结论应用沐舒坦氧驱动雾化吸入辅助治疗婴儿毛细支气管炎效果满意,未出现不良反应,在临床上可作为一种首选的治疗方法。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of oxygen-driven inhalation of mucosolvan in the treatment of patients with bronchiolitis.Methods Three hundreds and eighty six children patients with bronchiolitis admitted to our department from March 2008 to November 2010 were randomly divided into two groups.Mucosolvan was inhaled by oxygen-driven inhalation and ultrasonic aerosol inhalation respectively in the two groups on the basis of combined treatment of antibiotics,anti-virus,corticoste-roids and antispasmodic asthma.Results The total effective rate in oxygen-driven inhalation group was 86.50%,The total effective rate and side-effect rate inoxygen-driven inhalation group were statistically different from those in ultrasonic aerosol inhalation group(P0.05).Conclusion With few side-effects,the therapy of oxygen-driven inhalation of mucosolvan is effective in the treatment of patients with bronchiolitis,therefore,it is a preferred method in clinics.
