磷酸钙骨水泥与自体骨植骨治疗C2型桡骨远端骨折的疗效比较 被引量:5

摘要 目的比较磷酸钙骨水泥与自体骨植骨同时结合外固定支架治疗桡骨远端C2型骨折的疗效。方法将38例桡骨远端骨折患者分成两组,A组进行磷酸钙骨水泥结合外固定支架固定治疗;B组进行自体骨植骨结合外固定支架固定治疗。结果术后随访6~17个月,平均13个月。A组优良率为85%,B组优良率为58.5%,A组治疗效果优于B组。结论在桡骨远端C2型骨折的治疗中采用磷酸钙骨水泥结合外固定支架固定治疗效果较好,值得临床推广应用。
