摘要
目的:探讨异常睡眠纺锤波与婴幼儿智能障碍的关系。方法:利用动态脑电图仪对100例智力测验低于70的婴幼儿(试验组)进行24小时脑电图监测,同时与100例智力测验大于70的婴幼儿(对照组)进行对照分析。结果:试验组中睡眠纺锤波形成不良且量少59例(59%);睡眠纺锤波缺失9例(9%),其中,单侧缺失6例(67%),双侧缺失3例(33%);极度纺锤波28例(28%);睡眠纺锤波正常4例,异常率96%。对照组中极度纺锤波2例,异常率2%,明显低于试验组。结论:异常睡眠纺锤波与婴幼儿智能障碍密切相关。
Objective: To explore the relationship between abnormal sleep spindles wave and infants'mental retardation.Methods:We use the ambulatory EEG machine to do the 24-hours monitoring of 100 infants(test group)who is smaller than 70 in the intelligence tests and contrasted with another 100 infants(control group) who is larger than 70. Results:In the test group, there are 59 cases(59%) of sleep spindles wave absence , with 6 cases(67%)unilateral missing and 3 cases(33%) bilateral missing;28 cases (28%) of extreme spindles wave; 4 cases of normal sleep spindles wave.The abnormal rate is 96%. In the control group , there are 2 cases of extreme spindles wave, the abnormal rate was 2% ,which is apparently lower than the test group. Conclusion:Abnormal sleep spindles wave is closely related to the infants mental retardation.
