THE CONTRAST STUDY ON BA AND CT IN PATIENTS WITHCEREBRAL INFECTIOUS DISEASES

目的:探讨脑电地形图与脑CT在脑感染性疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法:脑电地形图和脑CT在99例患有脑感染性疾病患者中被检查了并且进行了对比。结果:在疾病的定性和定位诊断中,脑电地形图和脑CT是一致的。但是,在阳性率方面,散发性病毒性脑炎在脑电地形图中94例是阳性,而在CT中只56例是阳性。结论:脑电地形图在脑感染性疾病的诊断中有重要应用价值。

Objective：To explore value applied on BA and CT in diagnosis of patients with cerebral infectious diseases .Method：BA and CT were examined in 99 patients with cerebral infectious diseases and compared .Results：BA and CT were identical in qualitative and level diagnosis . But in positive rate, 94 patients with sporadic viral encephalitis were positive in BA .56 patients were positive in CT . Coclusion：The value applied of BA was important in diagnosis of patients with cerebral infectious diseases .
