摘要
绩效考核是推进社区卫生服务中心内部运行机制改革、保证社区卫生服务机构的效率、提高工作人员的积极性和工作热情的重要因素。宁波市江东区白鹤街道社区卫生服务中心于2010年初开始探索实施"有效工时"绩效考核分配制度,本研究介绍了"有效工时"绩效考核分配制度的主要做法,并探讨其实际应用价值,以期为社区卫生服务机构的绩效考核分配提供新的思路和可借鉴的模式。
Performance appraisal is an effective way to promote staff motivation and improve service efficiency in the community health services."Effective working hours",an innovative performance appraisal mode has been adopted in the Baihe Street community health service center since early 2010.This article summarizes our experiences in applying this method,with an attempt to provide new perspective and mode for performance appraisal for community health service organizations.
