摘要
采用空心阴极离子镀方法在 W18Cr4V和 45钢表面沉积TiAIN超硬膜层,结果表明,TiAIN膜层具有较高的硬度和结合力;TiAIN膜层使钻头的使用寿命明显提高;且具有较高的抗盐水腐蚀能力。文中还对TiAIN膜层具有高耐磨性的机理进行了讨论。
The superhard Ti-Al-N film was deposited on W18Cr4V and 45 steel by hollow cathod deposition pro- cess. The experimentae results showed that the Ti-Al-N film had high microhardness and the adhesion was good. The unit area weight loss of Ti-Al-N film in NaCl solution was less than that of unplated W18Cr4V sample.
