摘要
通过对GB 50204-2002混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范、GB 50011-2010建筑抗震设计规范等相关规定的学习,结合冷处理钢筋抽样检测结果指出:应当在抗震设防地区禁止设计和使用冷处理钢筋。
Through studying GB 50204-2002 The Construction Quality Check Norms of Concrete Structure Engineering and GB 5011-2010 Building Seismic Design Norms and related regulations,combining with the sampling detection results of cold treatment steel,the paper points out that： the design and usage of cold treatment steel should be forbidden in seismic fortification region.
