摘要
结合工程造价的相关知识,对工程造价在房地产开发前期、建设期、后期所起到的不同作用以及重要性进行了分析,并通过工程实例进行了具体说明,提出了相关看法,以期更好地促进企业发展。
Combining with relevant engineering cost knowledge,the paper analyzes different roles and significances of engineering cost in real estate development at prophase,metaphase and anaphase.Through makes specific illustration with engineering cases,it puts forward relevant views,with a view to better promote the development of enterprises.
