结合多年指导土木工程专业毕业设计的经验,针对毕业设计教学过程中存在的问题,论述了导师制、团队协作、校企合作等毕业设计指导模式,以期探索提高毕业设计教学质量的途径,为社会培养专业能力强、素质高的高效人才。

Combining with many years＇ graduation design experience of civil engineering major,in view of problems existing in graduation design teaching process,the article discusses graduation design guiding model of tutorial system,teamwork,and school-enterprise cooperation and so on,with a view to explore the way of improving graduation design teaching quality,and to cultivate high efficient talents for society with strong professional competence and high quality.
