根据建设工程项目的特点及风险来源,将建设工程风险进行了分类,并对风险管理流程和识别过程进行了阐述,同时对各类风险作了分析和评价,从而有效规避风险,保证工程项目顺利实施。
According to the features of the construction projects and the risk origins,the paper classifies the risks in the construction projects,illustrates the risk management procedure and the identification process,and analyzes and evaluates various risks,so as to avoid the risks effectively and to ensure the smooth implementation of the engineering programs.
