摘要
主要针对山西电力建设企业面对激烈的市场竞争所导致的人才竞争,坚持以人为本,留住人才、吸引人才的共识思想,研究了如何留住人才的问题,通过分析山西电力建设企业环境概况和传统的人力资源管理模式,提出人力资源管理的研究理念,为企业实施留人策略提供思路。
According to fact that power construction enterprises in Shanxi still adheres to the ideas,including the human-oriented,reserving talents and the absorbing talents,when they confront the talent competition caused by the fierce market competition,the paper researches the issue of how to keep staff,and points out the idea for studying the human resource management by analyzing the environment survey of the power construction enterprises in Shanxi and their traditional human resource management model,so as to provide the ideas for the enterprises to implement the keeping staff strategies.
