摘要
在图书馆实行书库开架借阅以后,优化书库管理以让读者更满意地使用图书馆、让图书馆员更有效率地进行工作,这是一个图书馆面临的实际问题,也是我们每个图书馆员应该深思熟虑的问题。书库管理围绕“书”和“人”进行的,最重要的因素又是人,所以,本文试着探讨如何将人性化服务应用在开架书库的管理当中,最终实现管理的优化。参考文献3。
With the implementation of stack open - shelf reading, it is a practical problem faced by a library of how to optimize stack management to provide more satisfactory service for readers and enhance work efficiency. Book and person are the two main factors in stack management, and the latter is more important. Therefore, this paper tries to explore how to utilize humanized service on the open - shelf management, and achieve the optimization of manage- ment eventually. 3 Refs.
