摘要
为了实现抗静电涤纶保暖热熔絮片的在线生产,研究了改性聚酯型热熔粉与纳米竹炭粉对絮片的纵、横向强度,透气性和体积比电阻的影响.研究结果表明,当PES热熔粉占纤网质量的12%、纳米竹炭粉占PES热熔粉质量的11%左右时,可得到具有较好的强度、抗静电和透气性能的涤纶保暖热熔絮片.
In order to on-line manufacture the wadding of antistatic warmth retention heat-bonded polyester, the effect of the poly- ether modified heat-bonded powder and nano bamboo charcoal powder on longitudinal strength, transverse strength, permeability and mass specific resistance were studied. The results indicated that the better strength, antistatic and permeability PET wadding can be a- chieved with the amount of PES heat-bonded powder as 12% of fiber net, the nano bamboo charcoal powder as 11% of PES heat-bond- ed powder.
