摘要
在低浓度杂多酸催化条件下,利用环氧氯丙烷为促进剂、水为分子链调节剂对四氢呋喃进行开环聚合,得到了最终产物聚四氢呋喃.研究了四氢呋喃开环聚合的反应机制,并采用IR,GPC,DSC,TG及SEM等方法对聚合产物进行了表征.与国外进口的样品对比,聚合产物具有预期的分子结构,相对分子质量可控制在2 000左右且分布也较窄,还具有优良的热稳定性及均一性.
In the presence of heteropolyacid in low concentration, polytetrahydrofuran was prepared by the ring opening polymeriza- tion of tetrahydrofuran with promoter epichlorohydrin and chain-regulator water. The reaction mechanism on the ring opening polymeri- zation of tetrahydrofuran was studied. The product was characterized by IR, GPC,DSC, TG and SEM. Compared the spectra and the curve with the sample, indicating the structure of the product was expected. The molecular weight of the product can be controlled 2000 and the molecular weight distribution of the product was narrow. The thermostability and the uniformity were excellent.
