摘要
部分高校图书馆工作人员在工作中会产生一些职业倦怠现象。产生倦怠现象的原因主要包括人员结构比例失调、图书馆滞后的管理模式等。必须通过建立员工培训制度、民主管理体系和充满活力的激励机制等人本管理的相关措施来消除工作人员的工作职业现象,从而为高校图书馆的现代化管理提供参考。
Reader staffs' job burnout phenomenon usually occurs in university libraries. It is pointed out that it is mainly due to the disproportionality of staff structure and outdated administration mode. Several methods related to humanistic management are put forward to eliminate job burnout phenomenon, such as the establishment of employee training system, democratic management system and vigorous incentive mechanism system. The findings can also provide some reference for the modern management of university libraries.
