校企合作是一种以市场和社会需求为导向的运行机制,是学校和企业双方共同参与人才培养过程的教学模式。校企合作是职业教育改革和发展的重点,也是难点。究其原因,是校企之间缺少密切合作的良性运行机制。建立长期的、可持续发展的校企合作关系,需要政府、学校、企业三方的共同努力,完善校企合作的动力机制、双赢机制、保障机制、调控机制等,是破解校企合作瓶颈问题的关键。

The cooperation is a key of education reform and development, is also the difficulty point. The reason is the lack of close cooperation and the benign moving mechanism between schools and enterprises.
