摘要 获得性免疫缺陷综合征即艾滋病(AIDS)的相关代谢综合征主要受慢性人免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染、抗反转录病毒药物以及遗传易感性和生活方式等患者自身因素的影响。艾滋病伴代谢综合征患者经恰当治疗,其预后和生活质量可得到有效改善。本文综述艾滋病相关代谢综合征及其治疗现状。 Metabolic complications related with AIDS may increase mortality by raising cardiovascular risk and influence patients＇life quality. Major causes include chronic HIV infection, antiretroviral agents, genetic factors and lifestyles. Reasonable management of metabolic complications help to improve the prognosis and life quality. This review describes the metabolic complications and their treatment.
