摘要 目的 :探讨端粒酶活性在喉癌发生过程中的作用。方法 :采用 TRAP方法检测 34例头颈肿瘤组织标本中的端粒酶活性。结果 :在 2 7例喉癌患者中有 2 3例检出端粒酶阳性 ,阳性率 85.2 % ,2 7例相应癌旁组织有 7例检出端粒酶阳性 ,阳性率 2 5.9% ,7例喉乳头状瘤患者中有 3例检出 ,阳性率4 2 .9%。结论 :端粒酶活化并非只发生在喉癌进展的晚期阶段 ,在肿瘤形成的早期也有一定程度的端粒酶激活。 Objective:To elucidate the role of telomerase activity in the occurrence and development of laryngeal carcinoma.Method:Telomerase activity was detected in 34 head and neck tumor tissue by the telomeric repeat amplification protocol(TRAP).Result:The positive rate of the telomerase activity was 85 2%(23/27),25 9%(7/27) and 42 9%(3/7) in the group of laryngeal carcinoma,the control group (adjacent tissue of cancer) and larynx papilloma respectively.Conclusion:Telomerase was a[WT5,5”BZ]ctivated not only in the advanced stage of laryngeal carcinoma,but also in the early stage to some extent.Telomerase activity might be relevant to the differentiation of laryngeal carcinoma.
